Your driver arrived in perfect time, extremely helpful and very skilled at getting the concrete blocks 10m down a narrow alleyway and into the exact position that they were needed, they have solved our problem perfectly, do express my thanks to your driver for his very careful and extremely accurate and precise work. We are delighted with the result.

Just a few lines to express my gratitude to your security staff (and dog) for their actions last night in dealing with our trespassers at Mill View Hospital. I am impressed with his handling of the matter which came across as confident and decisive. The information he gained has been passed onto Police who now have an active line of enquiry.
I wanted you all to see this circulation today, as all of you made a significant contribution last week to the issues related to the encampments at Broad Street & Rydes Hill, Guildford. To be successful required working as a team (particularly as I work part time) and we probably all felt the pressure created by the circumstances.
